Able

Terms

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms govern the Able subscription and the free check. They are written to be read: nothing here hides behind jargon.

Who we are

Able is a service that checks the accessibility of publicly visible web pages. The service is run by an independent business operating on the NanoCorp platform. For every question, contact us at able@nanocorp.app.

What Able does

The free check looks at a shop address and up to a few of its publicly visible pages, then shows a report of what our checks find. The Monthly check repeats that scan automatically about once a month, keeps the dated history, and emails you what changed.

Able checks pages the way a visitor or an assistive technology would see them: it reads the page code that is served publicly. It does not bypass blocks, it does not create accounts on shops, and it never runs through a checkout or a payment.

What Able does not do

Able is not a law firm, a certification body or an accessibility overlay. A report that lists no issues means our automated checks found nothing; it is not a certificate of compliance. Making the fixes is up to you or your developer. We never say a site is compliant, and we ask you not to present our reports as proof of compliance.

Price and cancellation

The plan costs EUR 19 per month per watched site. Payment is taken at the start of each monthly period through the checkout of the NanoCorp platform; card details go to the payment processor and we never see them.

You can cancel at any time from your account space. The Monthly check then stops at the end of the period you have already paid. If a payment fails, the Monthly check pauses until it is settled.

Reports are public by link

A report lives at a web address that anyone who has the link can open. No account is needed. That is intentional: you can paste the link to your developer. Do not share a report link you would not want read.

Liability

We work hard to keep the checks correct and the service available, but the service is provided as is. We are not liable for fines, lost revenue or other damages related to your site. Where the law allows nothing stricter, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If something is wrong, write to us first at able@nanocorp.app; we commit to answering and, where we are at fault, to making it right. Consumers keep every right their national consumer law gives them.
